condo, fargo nd, homes for sale

Here at the Brandenburg Crew in Fargo ND, we currently have two different condos for sale in Fargo ND and one condo for sale in Bismarck.  All of them come with their own perks but we’d like to go over why condos in general could be the perfect option for you.

What this really translates to, is a lower down payment and lower monthly payment for you.  Perhaps a full blown, single family home sounds a little intimidating, but you are still wanting to purchase your own home.  Condos- bam, perfect option.  When looking at homes for sale in Fargo or homes for sale in Bismarck, perhaps condos are your best bet based on the winter we recently experienced…

Just imagine, not having to shovel or mow the lawn! No more getting up early in the dead of winter to make sure you driveway is clear or going out in the 90 degree weather to bag up grass. All done for you by the association!  What is not covered, would be repairs or maintenance needing done inside of the unit.  Which is fine, because you own this place now so this is part of that responsibility. (and for some people part of the fun of owning) You get to add any design aspects and make changes as needed.  Sounds ideal!

You’ve seen it in Fargo ND and we’re sure it’s the same way in other larger cities.  Condos are usually by others condos, squeezed into neighborhoods. In the same breath, that usually means they are close to all of the perks in a town! Close to restaurants, close to gyms, close to shopping and just in the heart of the city.  This could mean a shorter commute for you since most condos aren’t out in the burbs.  Have you noticed that here for condos for sale in Fargo ND or in Moorhead MN?

This isn’t true for all condominiums, but some have AMENTITIES! Gyms, swimming pools, pet areas, golf areas (there’s a few on our team that would love that!) and probably others.  No need to leave your home when you have all of this at hand!

Our first condo listing, located at 2410 18th St S #16 in Fargo ND, is in the perfect spot.  You can get onto interstate in about 2 minutes, and it’s just down the street from the OH so delicious Doolittles. This home features 2BR/1BA. It includes one garage stall, fireplace, and Washer/dryer-right in the unit! (garage stall not in unit) $120/monthly HOA dues cover snow removal, lawn care, exterior insurance, sewer, water and garbage. There you have it, no snow removal!! Or lawn care!! Spend a few more hours at Doolittle’s happy hour instead of doing all of that work.  Click here for more information.

Our second condo listing is located at 2402 North Flickertail Drive S #6 in Fargo ND.  Again, this unit is located in an awesome spot, close to restaurants and shopping.  It’s about a five minute drive to get on interstate, so less time to get to even more restaurants and shopping. This home features 2BR/1BA you don't even have to worry about cutting the grass or shoveling snow! Seller has meticulously replaced most of the trim and flooring in the unit. A less than 2 y/o maint-free balcony is the perfect spot to watch the cars go by, and the bathtub surround and doors have never been used! This is a secure building that's built to last with brick and steel siding. A great place for low-hassle living.  Click here for more information.

Our third condo for sale in Bismarck ND, follows the same theme of the other two. Great location!  Within walking distance of the mall and close to other shopping and restaurants.  This home has been beautifully cared for and is ready for it’s new owner!  2BR/1BA, Lawn and snow removal taken care of. Updates include newer counter tops, flooring and paint throughout (plus more!) This home also offers a garage with lots of storage, shelving and a small work bench. Come check out your new home today!!
